Aluminum is the most abundant mineral in the earth's crust. Derived from bauxite, a mineral mined in several parts of the world. Alumina is extracted from bauxite. To produce pure aluminum, alumina is smelted using the Hall–Héroult electrolytic process.
Aluminum extrusions properties such as, strength, density, workability, electrical conductivity, and corrosion resistance are affected by adding other Aluminum elements such as magnesium, silicon or zinc.
The Raynor Company is a full-service aluminum extrusion manufacturer with access to thousands of standards dies along with creating custom dies to fit your project needs. We offer several alloys to meet your project needs such as 6061, 6005, 6063 and 6101.
We offer aluminum extrusion stocking programs which allows our customers to minimize inventory costs and maximize sales & profits and fulfill customer demands with on-time delivery.

Benefits of Aluminum
100% recyclable and non-toxic
Wide range of finishing options
Resilient and highly reflective
High electrical and thermal conductivity
Complex, intricate shapes are possible
Increased strength in cold environments
Comparatively low tooling costs
Good strength to weight ratio
+ Building & Construction
Aluminum is widely used in building because of its intrinsic properties of lightness and corrosion resistance. Aluminum is used in external facades, roofs and walls, in windows and doors, and other several applications.
The main aluminum alloy used within the building industry is 6063 (a magnesium-silicon alloy with 0.45-0.9% Mg, 0.20.6% Si). The strength, design flexibility and corrosion resistance of this alloy are well in excess of the requirements of most major construction projects.
+ Machinery Equipment
Aluminum extrusions provide solutions for a diverse range of machinery and equipment needs. The ability to execute complex shapes, combined with light weight, high strength and low maintenance make extrusions key components of equipment ranging from conventional mechanical drives to state-of-the-art equipment.
+ Fence & Handrails
At TRC we carry many aluminum extrusions for both Fencing and Handrail applications. We offer Mill, Wet Paint, Powder Coat and Anodized finishes.
Residential- we offer standard and custom extrusions for Top Rails, Stringers pickets for home and light commercial applications. Aluminum Stiffeners are available for vinyl railing applications
Commercial- TRC offers larger Top Rails, Stringers pickets for high traffic public barriers
Handrails- TRC carries Schedule 40 and 80 pipe for handrail applications in both Mill and Anodized finished
TRC Engineering support can assist in customizing your new or existing greenhouse roof, ventilation system and more with our Aluminum Extrusions.
Manufactured aluminum extrusions from 6063-grade aluminum for durability.
Design the ideal roof, sidewall or end-wall vents for your structures.
Extruded aluminum products are used in a number of electrical and electronic appliances. Given its unique electric and thermal conductivity properties, custom aluminum extrusions are often used for motor housings, high‑dissipation heat sinks and interior frames. In some cases, the complete product casing is designed using aluminum.
